任职教育学员视角的培训问题调查

Training Problems Based on the Views of Professional Education Students

目的基于学员视角分析任职培训存在的问题,为相关教育管理部门提供依据。方法应用自制问卷,调查某军医大学任职教育学员对于培训各方面工作及具体问题的看法。结果 1193名被调查学员中,认为学校行政管理存在问题的有15人(7.8%),主要问题在于行政管理太严(60.0%),其次是太松(20.0%)、不够规范(13.3%)、其它(6.7%),差别有统计学意义(χ2=10.333,P=0.016);2认为校园文化氛围存在问题的有14人(7.3%),主要问题在于不适合医学专业学生(57.1%),此外还有不浓厚(35.7%)、其他(7.1%),差别无统计学意义(χ2=5.286,P=0.071);3认为教学工作、训练场地及实验室条件、伙食条件、住房条件、就医条件、图书馆及网络条件方面存在问题的分别有183、17、30、11、24、19人,分别占学员总体的94.8%、8.8%、15.5%、5.7%、12.4%、9.8%,主要问题分别为实践操作偏少,理论讲授过多(44.3%)、训练场地实验室不健全、使用率低(41.2%)、饭菜种类单一(63.3%)、宿舍内部设施差(59.1%)、就医条件不方便(87.5%)、图书馆及网络不方便(78.9%)等。结论任职培训学员对教学工作意见比较集中,最突出的问题是实践操作偏少、理论讲授过多;要有针对性的改进各项任职培训工作。

Objective To analyze the training problems based on the views of professional education students and offer gists for the associative education management .Methods Using self -made questionnaires , the views of all kinds of training and concrete issues weresurveyedinthemilitarymedicaluniversity.Results ①Inthe193respondents,15werenotsatisfiedwiththeadministrationwork （7.8%）and the main problem was the administration was too strict （60%）,followed by too loose（20%）,lack of standards（13.3%）and others（6.7%）,which showed statistically significance （χ2 =10.333,P=0.016）.②There were 14 not satisfied with the campus culture （7.3%）.The main problem was not for medical students （57.1%）,followed by not dense（35.7%）and others（7.1%）,which showed no statistically significance（χ2 =5.286,P=0.071）.③There were respectively 183,17,30,11,24 and 19 who were not satisfied with the teaching,training field and laboratory conditions ,food conditions,housing conditions,service availability and libraries and network condi-tions,the percentages were accordingly 94.8%,8.8%,15.5%,5.7%,12.4%and 9.8%,and the main problems were respectively less practice（44.3%）、unhealthy and low utilized site（41.2%）,single meal type（63.3%）,poor hostel facilities（59.1%）,not convenient medical conditions（87.5%）and not convenient libraries and networks （78.9%）.Conclusion The opinions of professional education students is more concentrated on the teaching work ,and the most prominent problem is less practice and more theory .Therefore the train-ing work should be well -focused improved .
