团体心理游戏治疗对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

The Effect of Group Psychological Play Therapy on Quality of Life of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的观察团体心理游戏治疗对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法 66例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组各33例,两组患者均依照医嘱服用药物治疗及进行心理健康教育,其中研究组给予10周的团体心理游戏治疗。采用精神分裂症病人生活质量量表(SQLS)、护士观察量表(NOSIE)于治疗前后进行评定。研究组患者在游戏治疗前后对团体心理治疗疗效因子问卷各评定1次。结果 1治疗后研究组SQLS量表总分、心理社会、动力和精力、症状和副作用3个分量表分均低于对照组,均差异有统计学意义(t=7.690,4.050;P=0.000);(t=2.895,P=0.005);(t=3.079,P=0.003);2治疗后两组患者NOSIE量表总积极因素、总消极因素差异均有统计学意义(t=16.406,P=0.000);(t=6.724,P=0.000),其8个维度分量表分均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3研究组患者治疗前后团体心理治疗疗效因子问卷比较除认同、家庭重现、自我了解、普通性外其他各因子差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而以人际学习(投入)、希望重塑、团体凝聚力、利他性、信息传递、人际学习(产出)6因子最为显著(P<0.01)。结论团体心理游戏治疗能够提高住院精神分裂症患者的生活质量,改善患者的临床症状,减少药物副作用,增强患者的自信与自尊,提高生活自理能力和人际交往能力,为实现心理、生理及社会生活的全面康复打下良好的基础。

Objective To investigate the effect of group psychological play therapy on quality of life of patients with schizophrenia . Methods A total of 66 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into study group （33 cases）and control group（33 cases）,pa-tients were taking medication for mental health education and follow the doctor ＇s advice,which study group received 10 weeks of group psychological games treatment .Quality of Life Scale using schizophrenic patients （ SQLS） ,nurse observation scale （ NOSIE） were assessed beforeandaftertreatment.Results ①Aftertreatment,SQLStotalscore,psychosocial,powerandenergy,symptomsandsideeffectsof three subscale scores were lower in the study group than that on the control group （t=7.690,4.050,2.895,3.079;P＜0.01）.②After treatment,there were significant differences in NOSIE Scale total positive factors and the total negative factors between two groups （ t=16.406,6.724;P=0.000）,its eight dimensions subscale scores were also significant in patients （P＜0.05）.③ There were significant differences in psychotherapy efficacy factor questionnaire between before and after treatment in treatment group in addition to comparing identity,family reproduce,self-understanding,ordinary（P＜0.05）,especially interpersonal learning （input）,hoping to reshape,group cohesion,altruism,information transmission and interpersonal learning （output）.Conclusion Group psychological play therapy can im-prove quality of life of hospitalized patients with schizophrenia ,improve clinical symptoms ,reduce drug side effects ,enhance patients＇self-confidence and self -esteem,improve self-care ability and interpersonal skills ,and lay a good foundation for achieving mental ,physi-cal and social comprehensive rehabilitation .
