基于生态足迹的重庆市耕地可持续利用研究

Study on Sustainable Utilization of Cultivated Land in Chongqing City Based on Ecological Footprints

基于生态足迹模型动态分析了重庆市2003~2012年耕地可持续利用状况。结果表明，在研究时段内，重庆市人均耕地生态足迹及生态承载力均呈下降趋势，耕地生态赤字逐年减少，耕地生产力可持续指数总体缓慢上升，但耕地可持续利用程度仍处于弱不可持续发展阶段。最后针对重庆市耕地可持续利用存在的问题，从减少生态足迹、增强生态承载力方面提出了政策建议。

This paper dynamically analyzes the cultivated land sustainalbe utilazation in Chongqing City from 2003 to 2012 by using the method of ecological footprint. The resutls indicate that the per capital cultivated land footprint and ecological carrying capacity of Chongqing City have a decreasing tendecy during the study period. The cultivated ecological deficits dcrease year by year. The cultivated land productivity sustainability index slowly increased each year. But Chongqing City’s cultivated land resource utilazation is still in an un-sustainable situation. At last,policy ecommendations are poposed to solve these problems for Chognqing’s cultivated land sustainable utilazation.
