浅谈中药联合放、化疗治疗恶性肿瘤

Discussion on the Therapeutic Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Chemotherapy or Radiotherapy on Tumors

肿瘤是严重危害人类健康的一类疾病,现代医学非手术治疗的方法主要有放疗和化疗,而这些方法存在治愈率低、不良反应明显等缺点。近年来研究发现,在常规治疗的基础上配合中药可以明显减轻药物的不良反应,并改善患者的生活质量、提高生存率。该文主要总结中药联合放、化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的主要机制及临床治疗效果,并评价其在肿瘤治疗中的作用。

Cancer is a severe disease that threatens human health, and the modern nonoperative medical treatment mainly contains radiotherapy and chemotherapy, which, however, have some shortcomings such as low cure rate, obvious side effect etc. Recently, it＇s discovered that traditional Chinese medicine based on conventional treatment can obviously reduce the side effect, improve the life quality of patients and increase survival rate. Here is mainly to summarize the molecular mechanisms and clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine with chemo-radiotherapy and evaluate its roles in tumor treatment.
