经阴道超声实时组织弹性成像在宫颈癌诊断中的运用进展

Application Progression of Transvaginal Ultrasound Real-time Tissue Elastography in the Diagnosis of Cervical Carcinoma

宫颈癌是女性发病率较高的恶性肿瘤之一,已成为发展中国家妇女发病第一位的疾病,对女性的身体健康造成了严重影响。近年来,阴道超声检查方法逐渐应用于宫颈癌的诊断中。由于该检查手段的方便快捷、准确性高、无创伤性,逐渐受到医师及患者的广泛认可。该文就经阴道超声实时组织弹性成像技术检查宫颈癌的优点、局限性,宫颈癌阴道超声成像特点、诊断早期宫颈癌病变的价值以及鉴别诊断等方面予以综述,并与其他宫颈癌的检查方法进行比较。

Cervical cancer is one of the women malignant tumor with high incidence, which ranks the top in the incidence of women diseases in developing countries, and brings serious impact on women＇s health. In recent years, the transvaginal ultrasound method has been gradually applied to the diagnosis of cervical cancer. Since the method is convenient, accurate, noninvasive, it has been widely recognized by physicians and patients. Here is to make a review of the advantages and limitations of transvaginal ultrasound real-time elastography in the diagnosis of cervical cancers, as well as transvaginal ultrasound imaging characteristics of cervical carcinoma, importance of early diagnosis of cervical cancer lesions and differential diagnosis, moreover, effect of such examination method was compared with others.
