丹灯通脑胶囊辅助治疗偏头痛的临床研究

Clinical Studies of Adjuvant Therapy of Migraine with Dandengtongnao Capsule

目的探讨丹灯通脑胶囊联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选取2011年10月至2012年6月成都军区昆明总医院收治的偏头痛患者138例,根据用药不同将其分为两组:单一治疗组(65例)予以盐酸氟桂利嗪单一治疗,联合治疗组(73例)予以盐酸氟桂利嗪联合丹灯通脑胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后头痛发作次数、总有效率及不良反应等指标。结果单一治疗组58例完成研究,联合治疗组69例完成研究。治疗前后两组患者头痛次数分别为:单一治疗组(3.2±0.9)次和(1.3±0.4)次,联合治疗组(3.1±1.2)次和(0.8±0.1)次,两组患者治疗后次数与治疗前对比均有所下降(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后疗效对比,单一治疗组显著低于联合治疗组(62.1%vs 87%,P<0.05)。不良反应的发生率,单一治疗组为6.89%,联合治疗组为7.24%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸氟桂利嗪联合丹灯通脑治疗偏头痛的临床疗效优于单独使用盐酸氟桂利嗪。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Dandengtongnao capsule combined with Hydrochloride Flunarizine treatment of migraine. Methods Selected from Kunming General Hospital of Chengdu Military Region during Oct. 2011 and Jun. 2072,, 138 migraine patients were included in the study, which were, according to the random number table, divided into two groups ： monotherapy group （65 cases） treated by hydroehloride flunarizine monotherapy, and combined treatment group（73 cases） treated by hydrochloride flunarizine and Dandengtongnao capsule. The headache episodes, the total efficiency and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results A total of 58 cases in the control group completed the study,69 cases in treatment group completed the study. The headache frequency of the two groups before and after treatment were ： monotherapy group （ 3.2 ± 0.9 ） and （ 1.3 ± 0.4 ） times, combined treatment group（3.1 ± 1.2） and （0.8 ±0.1 ） times,the headache frequency after treatment of both groups declined from before the treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total efficiency of the monotherapy group was significantly lower than the combination therapy group （62. 1 % vs 87% , P 〈 0.05 ）. Adverse reactions of monotherapy group was 6.89 %, of combined treatment group was 7.24%, the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Clinical therapeutic efficacy of hydroehloride flunarizine joint Dandengtongnao capsule is better than hydroehloride flunarizine alone in treating migraine.
