高职工学结合实训教材开发的探讨——以外贸会计实训教材为例

Development of Work-Integrated Training Materials at Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Foreign Trade Accounting

以校企结合作为切入点,探索工学结合实训教材的开发是极具现实性的课题。通过梳理实训教材开发思路、探索开发过程,总结开发经验与收获,使教材的实训体系具有系统性;实训项目体现真实性;实训流程具有递进性。通过实训教材的开发带动教学方式的转变,促使教师深入企业,提高自身实践教学水平。让实训教材成为学生校内实训资源,在学生职业能力的培养过程中发挥应有的作用。

In this paper, the reform approach of the work-integrated training materials is discussed in which the school-enterprises combination is used as the starting point and the foreign trade accounting course is as an example. By sorting out ideas, exploring process, summarizing experience and achievement, the training materials are developed into systematic; the training project embodies authenticity; the training process becomes progressive. The development of training materials can bring about the changes in the teaching methods, promote the improve their practical teaching. Training materials are designed training on campus and play its due role in the process of cultivating teachers to contact businesses and to be resources of the students＂ students＂ professional ability.
