摘要
英语面试作为用人单位越来越常用的考核手段,也逐渐受到更多高职毕业生的重视。但在面对英语面试时,由于在校期间英语学习风格不够准确,学习动机不够等原因造成了毕业生的感到语言焦虑。为此应采取"以人为本"的英语教学,引用任务型教学形式,结合教材讲课,实现双结合目标等措施改善这种局面。
English language interview, as a common assessment method for employing units, has gradually been attached more attention by vocational graduates. While in the face of English interview, most vocational graduates feel language anxiety because their English style is not appropriate and lack of enthusiasm to English. This paper proposes to adopt a people-oriented and task-based English teaching mode to decrease students" language anxiety in English.
