摘要
介绍了数字控制振荡器的研究现状,并指出其重点研究方向之一为高频率分辨率设计。总结并分析了当今主流的高频率分辨率的数字控制振荡器的设计方案,基于对现有成果的研究,提出了一种提高数控振荡器频率分辨率的电路结构,给出了改进型的开关电容阵列单元,通过仿真对其可行性进行了验证。
Research status of digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) is described. It is indicated that design of DCO with high frequency resolution is one of the research interests. The dominant designs of that is analyzed, based on which, a structure of DCO with high frequency resolution is proposed, containing an improved switched capacitor array unit. The feasibility of this circuit is verified by simulation.
