桑螵蛸抗DPPH自由基活性成分的研究

Study of the Anti-DPPH Free Radical Component from Mantidis ootheca Extracts

[目的]为了研究桑螵蛸成分在体外试验中自由基DPPH清除的效果。[方法]利用DPPH法,测定抗自由基活性。[结果]从桑螵蛸中分离得到N-(3,4-二羟基苯基乙基)乙酰胺(1)和2,4-二丁基苯酚(2),化合物1和2在DPPH自由基清除试验中表现出抗自由基活性(1:EC50=12.9μmol/L和2:EC50=17.8μmol/L)。[结论]桑螵蛸成分有很强的抗自由基活性。

[Objective] To evaluate the antiradical effect of N-acetyldopamine dimmer from Mantidis ootheca in vitro.[Method] DPPH free radical scavenging assay method was used to observe the inhibitive radical.[Result] N-（3,4-dihydroxyphenethyl） acetamide （1） and 2,4-ditert-butylphenol （2） were isolated from the methanol extract of Mantidis ootheca using silica-gel column chromateography and C-18 gel column chromatography.Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited antiradical active-ties in the DPPH scavenging assay （1 ∶ EC50 =12.9 μ mol/L and 2 ∶ EC50 =17.8 μmol/L）.[Conclusion] The two compounds from Mantidis ootheca have strong DPPH scavenging activities.
