摘要
研究采用原子荧光光谱法同步测定水样中砷(As)和硒(Se)的方法:用优级纯盐酸和10%硫脲-抗坏血酸混合试剂处理还原样品,并与2.0%硼氢化钾和0.2%氢氧化钠反应生成氢化物。通过实验优化仪器配置参数,确定了负高压、灯电流、载流酸浓度等参数。以5%浓度的盐酸为载流介质,采用自动配置标准曲线进行As和Se的测定,测定结果相对误差小于2%,加标回收率为99.1%,均符合质控要求。该方法操作简便、基体干扰少、灵敏度高。
The method to simultaneously determine Arsenic (As) and Selenium(Se)in sample water by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was researched.The sample was treated withmixture reagent of hydrochloric acid GR and 10%thiourea-ascorbic acid.2.0% potassium borohydride and 0.2%sodium hydroxide were added into the sample and hydride generated.The optimal parameters such as negative high voltage,lamp current and acid concentration were determined.Taken5% hydrochloric acid as current-carrying medium,the automatic configured standard curve was adopted for the determination of As and Se.The relative errors of determined results were less than 2% and adding standard recovery was 99.1%,which conformed to the requirements of quality control.The method is handy simple and convenient,with little matrix interferenceand high sensitivity.
