摘要
在进行湿度测量的环境试验过程中,气体温度高达90℃,工作空间小至0.01 m3。本文针对环境试验湿度测量的气体温度高、试验工作空间小的特点,设计了一种微型结构的通风干湿表。通过选择小尺寸风机、小尺寸温度计的方法,获得一种微型结构的通风干湿表。通过对风机的镀膜处理,使风机能够承受温度95℃、湿度100%RH的温湿度条件。通过提高干湿球温度差测量的准确度、重新标定干湿球系数A值、采用干湿球温度计绝热连接等方法,提高了通风干湿表的测量准确度,满足了环境试验湿度测量的要求。
In humidity measurement of environmental test, the gas temperature is up to 90℃, and experiments work space is as small as about 0.01m3. In view of these features, we proposed to design a miniature ventilation psychrometer. By selecting small fans and a small thermometer , we obtain a miniature ventilation psychrometer. By means of coating, the fan can withstand temperature of 95 ℃ and humidity of 100%RH. By improving the accuracy of measurement of the temperature difference between wet and dry bulbs, recalibrating wet bulb coefficient A, and using adiabatic connection between wet and dry bulbs and thermometer, we improve the measurement accuracy of the ventilation psychrometer, and meet the requirements of humidity measurements in environmental testing.
