结合背越式跳高运动中常见伤病问题,探索核心训练手段和方法在背越式跳高运动员运动损伤中的应用,帮助运动员预防不必要的损伤,提高身体素质和运动成绩。
This article combined with the common sports injury problems in Fosbury Flop movement to explore the application of the methods of this training in the sports injury. It helps athletes preventing unnecessary damage,and improving their physical fitness and sports performance.
