摘要
英语写作教学多年来一直是英语专业教学的重点,也是教学改革中收效甚微的一个环节。本文对比分析了当前国内外主流的四种写作教学法,分析其优缺点,证明过程体裁教学法的实用性和可操作性。本文作者尝试在英语专业二年级综合英语课程的阅读和写作教学中应用该教学方法,实验检验这种读写结合的综合教学方法可以有效提高学生的写作能力。同时,对于如何解决目前过程体裁教学法在写作教学中面临的问题,作者也提出了自己的看法。
EFL writing has long been the crucial part for English majors, but improved narrowly in sorts of educational reform. This paper compared and analyzed the merits and demerits of 4 mainstream EFL writing teaching approaches, namely product approach, process approach, genre approach and process-genre approach, and tried to prove the practicability and operability of process-genre approach. We applied this approach among the sophomores of English majors at Guangdong University of Finance to guide students practice reading and writing, and improve writing skills. Quantitative data have revealed that the process genre approach can help students better understand the article, and improve student’s writing ability. This paper also advances the solutions for the unresolved problems in the application of the Process Genre Approach.
