摘要
企业以跨国公司模式实行海外拓展,就应将其R&D机构根据需要在全球各地统一配置。途径包括构筑全球协同研发体系、优化全球研发资源和研发成果的再配置、推动全球研发互补和供求对接等几种形式。为此,就应当注重积极申请海外专利,把握产业价值链的高端环节,适时开展研发服务外包,注重与当地创新体系的融合发展等。
An enterprise should lay out R&D institutions globally with the aim to enlarge overseas market in the form of transnational company. It is of vital necessity to build a global cooperative research system, optimize global research resource, relocate research findings and promote global research complementation as well as the joint of supply and demand. Therefore, it is important to apply actively overseas patent, seize key points of industry value chain, develop service outsoureing and adjust to local innovation system.
