摘要
专业素养和职业人文素养构成了职业人的综合品质,因此高职人文教育必须包含职业价值观、职业道德、职业核心能力和职业情商等四个方面。在此基础上,高职人文教育必须准确把握其内涵:促进发展是职业价值观教育的目标;责任感教育是职业道德教育的重点;创新能力是职业核心能力培养的最高要求;培养合作精神是职业情商教育的关键。
An employee's comprehensive quality is composed of professional quality and occupational humanistic quality. Humane education should cover the education of occupational value, moral, core competitiveness and emotional quotient. Development should be the objective of occupational value education, liability education being the focus of occupational moral education, innovative ability being the highest requirement of occupational core competitiveness education and cooperative spirit being the key of occupational emotional quotient.
