Vocational Reform and Developmental Strategies Based on German Dual across Industry Base

随着社会的不断发展,我国教育领域的改革也逐渐深入和完善。德国职业教育国际领先的重要因素是源自于从政府、学校到企业、社会,对于职业教育的大力支持和深入研究。我国职业教育改革中借鉴德国双元制教育特点,更清楚地认识到校内实践实训基地与理论教学的密切关系。应当在教育改革中深入学习讨论德国"双元制"教育特点,寻找推动我国职业教育改革与发展的对策。

With the development of society, our country in the field of education reform is being gradual and perfect. Germany vocational education international leading to important factor is derived from the govern- ment, the school to the enterprise, society, vigorously support and the deep research of vocational education. Vocational education reform in our country German dual system education characteristics, we will be more clear that campus practice training base is a close relationship with the theory of teaching. The author thinks that we should deeply study in education reform to discuss characteristics of German ＂dual system＂ education, seeking to promote the development of China＇s vocational education reform and countermeasures. The author in this article, through the analysis of the German middle school education system shunt, the German ＂dual sys- tem＂ vocational education characteristics, puts forward the countermeasures to promote the development of Chinas vocational education reform and to promote the system of education in our country through the study of this article.
