通过对商务英语专业生就业岗位群的调查研究,探讨职业核心能力所需的素质,打破传统课程结构,重新构建高职商务英语课程体系,目的在于培养大学生的职业核心能力,提高大学生的综合素质,加强创新能力和开拓精神的开发。将素质教育融入到日常英语和商务知识教学中,提高商务沟通、商务决策、商务创业三大能力。既满足事企业单位对应用型、复合型商务人才的需求,又为大学生就业拓宽渠道和职场升迁打下坚实的基础,提升就业竞争力。

By investigating and studying the employment groups in which the students majoring in Business English have worked, the core competence of occupation needed for the quality, the change of traditional cur- riculum structure, and the reconstruction of the curriculum system of Business English in Higher Vocational Colleges is to cultivate the core competence of students＇ occupation, improve the comprehensive quality of students and enhance their developments of innovative ability and pioneering spirit. Putting the quality - often- ted education into daily English and business knowledge aims at improving the business communication, busi- ness decision - making as well as business entrepreneurship ability. It meets business demand for applied and verSatile business English talents, but also broadens employment channels for students and lays a solid founda- tion for career promotion, meanwhile, to enhance the employment competitiveness.
