摘要
应用实时荧光定量PCR(real-time quantitative PCR)技术,研究了油桐DGAT1在不同品种以及种子不同发育阶段的表达模式。结果表明:DGAT1在6个不同品种成熟种子中的相对表达量差异不明显,这种表达量与种仁含油率相关性也不明显。在油桐‘ZN L-F52’种子不同发育阶段中,DGAT1均有表达,在6、7、10月份表达量较低,而在8、9月份表达量高,相对表达量呈上调趋势,这与油桐种仁油脂形成规律相符合,说明该基因可能与油桐油脂合成调控有着密切的关系。
By using the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR technique, the identification of expression of DGAT1 in different vareties and seed developmental stages of Vernicia fordii was carried out. The results indicate that DGAT1 relative expression quantity was no distinct differences in the six V. fordii matured seeds,and this expression was not obvious correlation with oil content;DGAT1 transcripts was relatively low from June to July, with higher levels on August, September and October, the relative expression quality were up-regulated in different stages of‘ZNL-F52’ seeds and this was consistent with V. fordii seed kernel oil formation law, which suggests that this gene may have a close relationship with the regulation of the synthesis of Tung oil.
