渭滨区村级防疫员发展状况的调查与建议

Investigation and Suggestions on Developmenting Situation of Epidemic Prevention Coordinator in Villages from Weibin District

作者走访全区三个镇67个村,67位村级防疫员,并从年龄结构、文化程度、工作年限、工作内容几方面进行调查统计分析,结果显示,目前尚存一些亟待解决的问题。建议今后1提高防疫员的待遇;2加强现有防疫员的业务、政治培训。

The author had surveyed 67 epidemic prevention coordinators who worked at 67 villages be-longing to three town in Weibin district,and analyzed the age structure,education level,work experience and working content.The analysis result displayed there were still some problems which should be solved at present.Two suggestions were given：the first one was lift the salary of epidemic prevention coordinator working at village;the another one was to strengthen training involving in special techniques and political recognition.
