摘要
针对接触线覆冰可能造成电力机车行车时的重大事故,研究通过在支柱上安装摄像机拍摄接触线覆冰,对其形状进行计算分析,以预报冰灾。首先采用摄像机标定技术在云台旋转后实现自动标定,通过对覆冰图像进行边缘提取,将边缘的图像坐标转换为世界坐标,拟合出接触线覆冰厚度分布曲线,应用人工智能分析覆冰厚度与冰凌长度。实验表明,计算机显示结果的误差在10%以内,能够满足监控接触网覆冰的现场需要。
Catenary icing could cause major accidents while electric locomotive driving. The paper studied on the method of calculation and analysis for the icing shape to forecast the ice disaster by camera attached on the pillar of catenary. The camera calibration technology was used to implement automatic calibration after pan- tilt rotation. Through extracting the icing edge, converting its coordinates to world coordinates, the distribution curve of the icing thickness on catenary was fit out. The artificial intelligent technology was used to analyze the icing thickness and length. Experimental results showed that the result error was within 10%, which could meet the needs of monitoring icing on catenary.
