摘要 论文分析了构建信息故障申报平台的紧迫性和必要性,接着通过系统功能设计、架构设计、应用效果和总结及不足环节,详细论述了企业用户通过Web页面、电话语音、手机短信等方式进行信息故障申报,平台可以在预定规则下及时进行信息故障分类、分级别、分派处理,进而完成故障派单、故障运维、故障跟踪、信息反馈工作。通过实现故障库的功能,用户可以及时浏览、查询、统计、分析、打印等申报信息。同时,平台通过集成相关接口模块,统一申报入口,通过对故障申报各个环节的全过程流程化管控,极大地提高了信息故障处理的时效性,促进了企业的信息化管理水平。 This paper analyzes the urgency and necessity of constructing fault reporting information platform.After functional design,architecture design,application performance and insufficient summary,it discusses in detail that the information business users can report fault through Web pages,telephone voice,SMS,etc.The platform can make information fault classification,grading and dispatch processing timely under the predetermined rules,and then complete failure single,fault operation and maintenance,fault tracing and information feedback.By implementing malfunction library,users can promptly browse,query,make statistics,analyse,report and print information.Meanwhile,as the relevant interface module are integrated in the platform,the reporting entrance is unified.Management and control of the whole failure report process greatly improved the timeliness of the information on troubleshooting and promote the level of the enterprise information management.
