京津冀区域商品市场一体化进程的测度与评价:1985—2012

加快推进市场一体化进程是促进京津冀协同发展的重要内容之一。根据1985—2012年的京津冀三地的商品零售价格指数,基于相对价格法构建市场一体化指数,对京津冀区域商品市场一体化程度进行测度。研究发现,京津冀区域商品市场一体化进程经历了"初期平稳(1985—1988年)、中期波动(1989—1997年)、后期稳定(1998至今)"三个发展阶段,京津冀区域市场一体化走势与津—冀、京—冀的市场一体化走势较为一致,近期总体水平趋于提高。区域内相邻省市的市场整合水平差异较大,由强变弱依次为京—津、京—冀、津—冀。

To promote market integration is one of important content in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordi-nated development. Based on the theory of relative prices, the paper evaluates the degree of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional commodity market integration according to retail price index of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei in the period of 1985-2012. The study concludes that the progress of Beijing-Tianjin-He-bei regional commodity market integration has experienced three stages, such as smooth from 1985 to 1988, fluctuate from 1989 to 1997, and smooth from 1998 to now. The trend of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional market integration is comparatively consistent with Tianjin-Hebei and Beijing-Hebei region. Lately, the overall degree of this regional market integration improves year by year. Moreover, the analy-sis finds that the great difference of market integration lies between neighbouring provinces in this region.The leading rank of regional market integration is Beijing-Tianjin, followed by Beijing-Hebei , and Tianjin-Hebei region.
