京津冀煤炭产业链的构建与思考

Coal Industry Chain Construction and Thinking Based on Circular Economy in the Jingjinji

京津冀地区的煤炭产业存在规模经济不合理、经营管理粗放、环境代价过大等突出问题,在资源有序开发、集约利用、节能减排和可持续发展等方面还有较大差距。本文在对京津冀煤炭产业布局及现有煤炭产业链完善程度评价的基础上,从企业、园区、区域三个层面构建煤炭产业链,并提出培育京津冀煤炭产业链的可行性对策建议。

The coal industry of Jingjinji region exists unreasonable economies of scale, extensive manage-ment, too much environmental costs and other outstanding problems, there is still a big gap in orderly de-velopment of resources, intensive use, energy - saving emission reduction and sustainable development. This paper create the circular economy coal industry chain on the layer of enterprise, campus and region, and puts forward the feasible countermeasure and suggestion of cultivating the Jingjinji coal industry chain, which based on the perfect evaluation of Jingjinji industry layout and the existing coal industry chain.
