摘要
"反思性教育实习"以"反思性教学"为理论基础,以谋划职前英语教师的专业发展为主要目的,以实习前反思、实习中反思和实习后反思三个阶段为主要过程,通过让职前教师开展反思性教学日记、参与性观察笔记、微型化教学研讨等活动,发展了一种新的教育实习机制,为职前教师成长为具有反思能力和专业发展素养的未来小学英语教师打下了坚实的基础。
"Reflective educational practice is based on the theory of Reflective Teaching, which aims to promote pre-service teachers' professional development. We emphasized the importance of reflective teaching and carried out some reflective activities, such as organizing mutual-help groups, keeping reflective teaching diaries, taking participative observing notes and launching mini-teaching discussion during the whole stages of educational practice, in order to develop a new educational practice system and lay a solid foundation for the future primary school English teachers' development in reflective ability and professional quality.
