侦查讯问是整个侦查工作的重要环节,在全部刑事诉讼活动中也占有十分特殊的地位。新修改的刑事诉讼法(以下简称新刑诉法)为了确保侦查讯问工作规范化运行对侦查讯问提出了更高和更严的要求。有必要从实证调研的角度,以讯问人员为考察对象了解当前侦查讯问运行的总体状况以及新刑诉法对侦查讯问工作带来的影响。相信相关研究结果能为研究者和实务工作者认清形势、总结经验和解决问题提供有益的启发和思考。

Interrogation is an important part of investigation work, and it plays a very special role in the entire criminal activities. In order to ensure the interrogation work standardized operation, the new criminal procedural law puts forward more strict requirements for interrogation. The new criminal procedure law has been in effect for a period of time, in order to understand the overall situation of the interrogation of the operation and the impact of the new criminal procedure law on the interrogation work,it is necessary to start from the empirical perspective and take interrogators as the object of studying.
