摘要
高效液相色谱法在化学药品分析具有广泛的应用。本文以规范色谱柱的使用和维护、保证高效液相色谱分析的工作质量为出发点,从色谱柱档案建立、领用及归还管理、柱效评价、适用范围信息积累和色谱柱的保养维护与报废五个方面,探讨色谱柱的分类管理方法。
HPLC is widely applied in the analysis of chemical drugs. In order to regulate the use and maintenance of HPLC column and guarantee the analysis quality of HPLC, the classified management of HPLC column was explored in the paper from the following five aspects：file establishment, recipient and return management, column performance evaluation, information accumulation of application range, and maintenance and abandonment of HPLC column.
