新生儿疾病筛查工作人员基础知识知晓情况调查

Investigation on the awareness of knowledge about neonatal disease screening among medical personnel

目的了解基层医疗保健机构新生儿疾病筛查(以下简称新筛)工作人员对新筛基础知识的知晓情况。方法采用自行设计的问卷对安徽省186名新筛工作人员进行自填式问卷调查。结果新筛工作人员基础知识平均得分为74.9±16.4分,及格率为86.6%。不同性别、年龄、工作单位类型、单位级别、新筛工作年限、专业技术职称和学历的工作人员之间的基础知识得分和及格率差异均无统计学意义;承担告知谈话工作的新筛工作人员的基础知识得分和及格率均高于从事非告知谈话工作的工作人员;新筛基础知识得分和及格率均与接受业务培训的次数有关,接受培训3次以上的工作人员高于3次以下的工作人员。结论新筛工作人员的基础知识知晓水平较好,但仍应加强更具针对性和实用性的新筛业务培训。

Objective To understand the awareness of the neonatal disease screening knowledge among the staff in medical and health institutions. Methods Using the self - designed questionnaire to investigate 186 neonatal screening staff in Anhui province. Results The average score of the neonatal screening staff was 74.9 ±16.4, the pass rate was 86.6%. There were no statistical significances in score of rudiments and pass rate among different gender, age, work unit type,unit level, experience engaged in neonatal screening work, professional titles and educational background. The score and the pass rate of the informed conversation workers were higher than the non informed conversation workers. The score and the pass rate of the neonatal screening staff were related with the number of receiving professional training, and the score and the pass rate of the staff who received 3 and more times training was higher than those received less than 3 times. Conclusion The level of awareness in the new neonatal screening staff is preferably high. However, more targeted and practical new neonatal screening training should be strengthened.
