摘要 由于化石燃料日益枯竭,以及环境日益恶化,光伏产业蓬勃发展起来。文章主要研究了光伏微型逆变器,作为光伏发电系统的核心部件,逆变器的性能决定着光伏发电系统的性能。文章在分析微型器拓扑和控制策略基础上研制一台基于DSP的200W微型逆变器。首先对逆变器原理进行了理论分析,并通过MATLAB静态仿真验证了其可行性,并对其进行动态仿真,测试逆变电路的稳定性。最后,按照设计要求完成逆变器硬件电路及软件编写等工作,并对该逆变系统进行试验。给出了试验波形,各项指标满足设计要求。 The photovoltaic industry develops quickly, as the fossil fuel is increasingly exhausted and our environment is deteriorating. The inverter's performance decided the photovoltaic power generation system's property because of its basic station in the system. A 200 W inverter is developed in this paper, which is based on the analysis of the inverter's topology and control strategy. The paper analyses the inverter principle at first, and verify the feasibility and stability of the full-bridge inverter circuit through the MATLAB simulation. Finally, according to the design requirements, the hardware design and software writing are completed. The paper also offers the test waves, and all the performance meets the design requirements.
