摘要
一种应用于汽车涡轮增压器叶片温度检测的双通道数据采集卡,该卡由峰值检测、串行A/D构成模拟电路和由FPGA构成整个数字电路而组成。重点设计了FPGA内部串并转换电路和FIFO,经仿真和实验验证,串并转换和FIFO的应用大大简化了采集卡的复杂程度,提高了系统的可靠性和稳定性,在信号高速处理方面具有一定的应用价值。
A dual-channel temperature data acquisition card used to measure temperature for automotive turbochargers blade is designed. This card consists of the analog circuit composed of peak detector and serial A/D, and the digital circuit composed of FPGA. The serial to parallel converter and FIFO in FPGA are designed emphatically. Through simulation and experimental verification, the application of serial to parallel converter and FIFO can greatly simplify the complexity of the acquisition card and improve the reliability and stability of the system, the acquisition card has certain application value for high-speed signal processing.
