摘要
Dralon纤维系干法纺制的超细腈纶纤维,用阳离子染料Maxilon红GRL,Maxilon黄GL和Maxilon蓝GRL对Dralon纤维进行染色动力学和热力学研究。通过试验,绘制了上染速率曲线和吸附等温线并求出纤维的饱和吸附量;计算了扩散系数、平衡吸附量、染色速率常数和半染时间等动力学参数。结果表明,Maxilon三原色对Dralon纤维染色,其平衡吸附量、染色速率常数和扩散系数均随温度的提高而提高,而半染时间则随温度的上升而下降;Maxilon系列染料上染Dralon纤维的吸附等温线符合Langmuir型,属于定位吸附。
The dyeing kinetics and thermodynamics of cationic Maxilon Red GRL, Maxilon Yellow GL and Maxilon Blue GL on Dralon fiber have been investigated. Curves of dyeing rate and adsorption iso- therms are proposed, and the kinetics parameters such as diffusion coefficient, equilibrium adsorption, dyeing rate constant and the half-dyeing time and the saturated adsorptive capacity of fiber are calculat- ed. The results show that, with the increase of temperature, the equilibrium adsorption, dyeing rate con- stant and diffusion coefficient of the trichromatic Maxilon dyes on Dralon fiber increase, and the half- dyeing time decreases. The dyeing behaviour of cationic Maxilon on Dralon fiber fits Langmuir-type ad- sorption curve in accordance with localized adsorption.
