摘要
采用靛蓝染料对聚酰胺纤维进行染色,探讨保险粉、烧碱、氯化钠和染料的用量,氧化时间和染色温度等工艺参数对染色织物K/S值的影响;采用氯化稀土提高染色织物色泽鲜艳度,并测试了染色织物的色牢度。结果表明:保险粉25 g/L,烧碱4 g/L时,染色效果较好;氯化稀土媒染剂同浴处理和后处理可提高染色织物鲜艳度,且随氯化稀土用量的增加而增大;染色织物的耐摩擦色牢度为1~2级,耐皂洗色牢度均达4级以上。
Polyamide fabric is dyed with indigo dyes, and the factors exerting influences on K/S value are analyzed, such as dosage of sodium dithionite, sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride and indigo dyes, as well as oxidizing time and dyeing temperature. The effect of rare earth chloride on dyeing property is dis- cussed, and the color fastness of the polyamide dyeings is also investigated. The results indicate that the optimum dyeing results are obtained with sodium dithionite 25 g/L and sodium hydroxide 4 g/L. The saturation of the dyeings are promoted with rare earth chloride/mordant one bath process and post-pro- cessing, and is gradually increased with the increasing of rare earth chloride dosage. The color fastness of the dyeings is Grade 1 - 2 to rubbing and above Grade 4 to soaping.
