摘要
为提高纯棉机织荧光黄面料光亮度,前处理过程中对织物进行丝光和增白,以提高织物的化学活性和光亮度;染色前采用混合氯化稀土对织物进行预处理,以提高染料的上染率;后整理过程中控制定形温度和对织物进行轧光整理,以提高纯棉荧光黄面料染深性和光亮度,达到EN471标准对光亮度的要求。
Certain measures are carried out to improve the luminance of cotton woven fabric dyed with Fluorescent Yellow to meet the luminance requirement of EN471. These include mercerizing and whiten- ing in pretreatment procedure to improve the chemical activity and luminance of the fabric; pretreatment with rare earth chloridee before dyeing to improve the dye uptake; controlling the setting temperature and calendaring in finishing procedure to improve the color depth and luminance.
