狗骨-蜂窝式梁柱节点在低周反复荷载作用下有限元分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过ANSYS有限元软件分析狗骨式节点、蜂窝式节点、狗骨-蜂窝式节点(I型和II型)在梁端循环位移荷载作用下的受力性能。狗骨-蜂窝式节点滞回曲线稳定饱满,无捏缩现象,表现出良好的塑性变形能力。对比节点的骨架曲线,狗骨-蜂窝式节点不仅强度、刚度没有明显降低,而且具有节省材料用量、延性好和耗能能力强等特点。研究狗骨-蜂窝式节点在循环位移荷载作用下螺栓预紧力的变化,指出剪切板处6个螺栓中角部螺栓预紧力损失最为严重。 Through ANSYS finite element software it was analysed mechanical performance of dog-bone nodes, cellular nodes, dog bone-cellular nodes (I and II) in the end of the beam subjected to displacement load cycle. Dog bone-cellular node hysteresis curve was stable and full, without pinch phenomenon, showing a good plastic deformation. As compared skeleton curve of node, the strength and stiffness of dog bone-cellular nodes were not significantly reduced, but also saved the amount of material, and had good ductility and energy dissipation capability. It was studied the change in bolt preload of the clog bone-cellular nodes under displacement load cycle, and pointed out that the pretightening force loss in the corner bolt in six bolts of shear plate was the most serious.
