摘要
马鞍山长江公路大桥中塔为钢塔柱,其塔梁固接段由横梁与箱梁刚性固接构成,节段尺寸与重量较大,结构形式复杂,横梁采用高强螺栓与塔柱连接,箱梁与桥面主梁焊接连接,具有4个方向的连接接口。该段结构尺寸、接口连接精度、焊接变形控制难度很大。通过确定合理的制作工艺,采用先进的精度控制技术,采取适宜的检验方法,确保塔梁固接段制作精度。
The steel column is used for the tower of Maanshan Yangtze River Highway Bridge ,the tower girder consolidation section is formed by transverse beam and box girder rigid consolidation. Whose section size is large with heavy weight and a complex structure. High strength bolt is used to connect the transverse beam with beam pylon;and welding is used between the main girder and steel box girder of the bridge, thus forming a connection interface with four directions. The control of structure size, interface precision and welding deformation is very difficult. Through determining reasonable production process , using advanced control technology,and adopting the suitable test method, the manufacture precision of the tower girder consolidation section is ensured.
