摘要
核电结构筒体质量大、尺寸大、重心高,易于变形,使得在现场拼装和翻转过程中,凸显出大量的施工技术挑战和难点。为此,在组对过程中,采用尺寸控制点;在焊接和翻转过程中,均采用防变形工装;在质量控制上,通过制定详细的质量过程控制计划并加以具体落实,为我国核电大型结构件的拼装施工提供技术参考。

Which has a lot of construction technical difficulties and challenges in the assembly on site and in the turning process. In the process of groups, the size of the control point was used; in the welding and turning process, the anti deformation toolings were also used In quality control, the establishment of the detailed quality process control plan was done and specific implementation was carried out, which provides technical reference for assembling and construction of large members of nuclear power plants in China.
