镇江苏宁广场项目东塔楼为混凝土核心筒钢框架结构。外框四个角柱为"田"字形,到顶部收缩为"日"字形,同时随着结构的增高,四角钢柱逐渐倾斜,四角田字柱最大截面尺寸为2 500mm×2 000mm,最大板厚为100mm,质量最大为9.5t/m,倾斜部分钢柱分段最大质量为59.6t。对倾斜钢柱的绑扎、吊装、准确就位等关键内容进行详细分析和处理,确保工程的顺利实施。本工程重型倾斜钢柱的顺利吊装可以为后续类似工程提供参考。
The east tower of Zhenjiang Suning Plaza project is a concrete core tube-steel frame structure. The 4 comer columns of the outer frame are in "田" shape,which is changed into "日" shape on the top, in the meantime these columns are tilted gradually with an increase in the height of the structure, whose maximum sectional size is 2 500 mm× 2 000 mm; the maximum thickness of the plate is 100 mm and the maximum mass is 9. 5 t/m;the maximum weight of the tilted section of the steel column is 59. 6 t. The binding, lifting and accurate positioning of the tilted steel columns are the key to the smooth construction of this project. Hence the smooth lifting of the tilted steel columns could provide experience for subsequent similar projects.
