摘要
由于复合材料的各向异性、耦合效应、层间剪切等特殊性质,复合材料结构的精确分析仿真已成为现代产品结构设计的迫切需求。基于CATIA和PATRAN二次开发,使复合材料结构模型相关数据精确地转换到有限元软件PATRAN中,将几何图形、铺层的力学性能、铺层方向、铺层形式直接体现在分析仿真中。
Due to the special characteristics of the composite material, such as anisotropy, coupling effects, interlaminar shear, etc., accurate analysis and simulation of composite structures have become the urgent needs of the modern product structure design. Based on CATIA and PATRAN secondary development, composite design model data are accurately converted in PATRAN finite element software, and the geometry and mechanical properties of plies, ply orientation are embodied directly in analysis simulation.
