摘要
试验了铌铁中钛、钽、铝、磷、铜等多元素的ICP测定方法,通过对溶样过程的改进、酸度控制、基体元素、仪器参数等进行探讨,采用氢氟酸雾化和测量系统直接进行ICP测定,取得了理想效果。
The ICP detecting method of multiple elements like titanium, tantalum, aluminum, phosphorus, cuprum and so on, in ferroniobium was tested. The improvement of sample dissolution, acidity control, matrix elements, and instrument parameters were discussed. The ICP was directly used with hydrofluoric acid spray and measure system. In this way, we can get the ideal results.
