建立国际临床培训体系 促进中医教育国际发展

Establishing international clinical training system, promoting international development of Chinese medicine education

当前国际中医教育呈现出本土化、正规化、主流化的发展态势,主要面临着临床教育不足及尚未建立被国际普遍认可的标准规范等问题。为了保持中国主导地位、保证高层次中医药教育质量,我们应利用自身优势,抓住发展机遇,建立标准化国际临床培训体系以促进中医教育的国际发展。该体系的建设主要包括标准化和基地建设两方面。基地建设宜加强行政主管部门的统筹协调作用、注重师资队伍建设以及重视品牌建设和公关宣传,以提高竞争力和增加影响力。标准化建设则以临床教育为突破口,带动国际中医教育标准化全面发展。

The international education of Chinese medicine is gradually shifting abroad, and is being more regulated and mainstreamed. However, it is still faced with major challenges such as lacking of clinical training and standardization. Thus, it is high time for China to establish a standardized system of clinical training, which can be expected to guarantee high-level and high-quality education and enable China to maintain its active role in international education of Chinese medicine. This standardized system of clinical training should consist of two components, namely the establishment of a network of clinical training bases, and the development of unified teaching materials and syllabus as well as assessment criteria for clinical training.
