Practical research on reforming classroom teaching of fundamental nursing

摘要 目的探讨课堂教学改革在护理学基础教学中的效果。方法将2012级75名护理本科生分为实验组38名和对照组37名。实验组采用模拟情境病例、学生情商培养、培养学生小老师的小组合作学习等课堂教学环节改革,对照组采用讲授教材内容为主的教学,课程结束比较两组的护理学基础成绩,并发放自制调查问卷了解学生对课堂教学改革的评价。结果实验组学生护理学基础成绩高于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组学生考核成绩各等级分布人数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理学基础课堂教学实施改革,有利于提高学生的学习成绩及综合能力。 Objective To investigate reform effects of classroom teaching of fundamental nursing. Methods 75 sophomore nursing students were divided into experimental group of 38 students and control group of 37 students. The educational reform was implemented in the experimental group by cooperative learning means of case study in situational context, emotional intelligence training and practicing student teaching, while the control group was given traditional education of textbook teaching. After completion of the course, scores of the two groups were compared. Questionnaire was conducted to obtain students' evaluation on the course reform. Results The average score of the experimental group on the course was higher than that of the control group with statistical significance (P〈0.01). All scores of the two groups were also compared on ranked distribution, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Implementing reform in classroom teaching of fundamental nursing can help nursing students to obtain higher academic scores and better comprehensive capacities.
