摘要
选用可见分光光谱法测定西兰花中铁含量,测定仪器的各项指标参数值,测试结果同原子吸收光谱法测定值相比较,再将可见分光光谱法使用的各项参数进一步调整,直至两种方法的测试结果最接近,即定为最佳测定条件。结果表明,可见分光光谱法测定西兰花中铁含量的最佳条件为:波长值为510 nm,酸碱度5.5,显色时间10 min,显色剂量在2 ml。原子吸收光谱法测定结果 =0.771μg/ml,可见分光光度法测定结果 =0.7668μg/ml。
Selection of UV- visible sectrophptometry determination of broccoli in iron content, the indicators parameter values of the measurement instrument , the test results with the atomic absorption spectrometry determination of value compared, then the UV- visible spectrophotometry using the parameters further adjusted until the twothe closest to the test results of the kinds of methods established for the most accurae determination. The iron determination results are as follows: Wavelength = 510 nm, pH = 5.5, Color time = 10 min, color measurement = 2.0 ml, Testing process temperature to maintain a constant, Atomic Absorption Spectrometry results: 0.771 μg/ml, UV - visible spectrophotometry results: 0. 7668 μg/ml.
