摘要 目的:建立快捷、灵敏检测钴(Ⅱ)的新方法。方法:基于硫酸介质中,钴能催化溴酸钾氧化藏红T的反应,使其荧光猝灭,据此建立了催化荧光动力学测定钴的新方法。结果:新建方法的线性范围为0.80-16.0μg/L,检出限为0.19μg/L,RSD≤3.96%,加标回收率为94.0%-103.0%。结论:方法简便快速,常见物质干扰小,用于环境痕量钴的测定,获得满意的结果。 Objective:To develop a rapid and sensitive method for the determination of trace cobalt. Metheds:Based on the catalytic effect of cobalt for the oxidation of Safranine T by potassium bromate in sulphuric acid medium, a catalytic spectrofluorimetric method is proposed for the determination of trace cobalt. Results: The linear range and the determination limit for cobalt were 0.80 - 16.0μg/L and 0.19μg/L, respectively. The RSD was≤3.96 %, The recovery rate was 94.0 % - 103.0 %. Conclusion: It is quick and simple with little interference. It can be applied to the determination of trace cobalt in the work place air with satisfactory results.
