找矿突破战略行动第一阶段工作回顾与启示

The experience and enlightenment of the first period of National Exploration & Development Planning

找矿突破战略行动是立足国内提高能源资源保障能力的一项重大战略举措。行动实施三年来,在全国各有关方面共同努力下,各项工作进展顺利,"358"目标首战告捷。本文回顾总结了过去3年推进找矿突破战略行动组织实施方面的工作,从不同角度分别归纳梳理了四部委、国土资源部及地方政府在组织实施和推进找矿突破战略行动中的好的做法和先进经验;并在此基础上总结形成了四点认识,为找矿突破战略行动后续工作的开展提供参考和借鉴。

National Exploration ＆ Development Planning as a significant strategic initiatives was made by the State Council ,based on domestic energy resources in order to improve the resource security .During the past 3 years ,the Nation joint efforts from all walks of life to achive the target of the first stage successfully .In this paper ,it reviewed the results from the past 3‐year strategic action ,systematically summarized good practices and advanced experience about how to implement and promote National Exploration ＆Development Planning carried by four ministries ,the Ministry of Land and Resources and local government organizations from different angles ;and made a four‐point summary of the feelings and cognitions about the outcome of the first prospecting period ,which could provide reference and guidance for promoting the next period of National Exploration ＆ Development Planning for the sake of great breakthrough of minning exploration and china’s strategy for energy security .
