摘要
为了解决泰丰选煤厂煤泥水难以沉降而导致选煤厂无法正常生产的问题,对煤泥水的粒度组成进行试验分析,并在此基础上进行了煤泥水沉降试验研究。结果表明:本厂矸石泥化非常严重导致煤泥水中细颗粒增多,煤泥水难以沉降,针对此情况采用凝聚剂和絮凝剂联合作用可以达到理想的沉降效果。在实验室沉降试验的基础上,结合选煤厂实际生产情况,通过TDN2140+TDX1220药剂的联合使用并对加药方式适当改造,浓缩池清水层高度由原来的40mm提高至1000mm左右,循环水的浓度由130g/L降低至10g/L,压滤周期由90min缩短至28min,煤泥水沉降效果显著提高。
Taifeng coal preparation plant could not be normal production due to coal slime water settling uncomfortably. In order to solve the problem, the analysis on size composition of slime water has been carried out and then slime water settlement test has been completed. It turned out that the reason why slime water was settled uncomfortably was that serious muddy gangue resulted in fines increased in coal slime water. Joint use of floeculant and polycoagulant could make slime water settle comfortably. On the basis of settlement test in the laboratory, combined with production in the coal preparation plant, Joint use of reagents TDN2140+ TDX1220 and optimized adding reagents, it has achieved that classified water height in thickening tank was increased from 40m to 1000m, circulating water concentration has been decreased from 130g/L to 10g/L and filter press cycle has been shortened from 90min to 28min so that slime water settlement is improved obviously.
