摘要
为了探讨不同类型山羊干细胞因子的结构特征和抗原表位分布,研究利用生物信息学软件和在线程序对山羊皮肤组织中可能存在的不同类型山羊干细胞因子氨基酸序列的二级结构、跨膜区域、亲水性、柔韧性、抗原指数及表面可及性特征进行预测,并针对共有区段建立结构模型。结果表明:在各型SCF蛋白潜在的抗原表位中,KSSKSPEPR为各型蛋白共有表位;KDSRVSVT为分泌型SCF蛋白及其前体共有表位,SSSSNRKAS为分泌型SCF蛋白前体特有表位;KGKASNSIED为跨膜型SCF蛋白特有表位;KGKTYKHS为分泌型SCF蛋白前体特有表位;KKKQPNL为分泌型SCF蛋白前体和跨膜型SCF蛋白的共有表位。
To study the structural characteristics and distribution of the antigenic epitopes from different types of goat stem cell factors. The sec- ondary structure, transmembrane regions, hydrophilieity, flexibility, antigenic index and surface accessibility features of the amino acid se- quence from different types of goat stem cell factors which might exist in goat skin tissue were predicted using bioinformatics software and online programs, and the structural model was established for the common regional segments in this study. The results showed that in the potential anti- genic epitopes from each type of goat stem cell factor (SCF), KSSKSPEPR was an common epitope of all types of SCF proteins, KDSRVSVT was an common epitope of secretory SCF proteins and their precursors, SSSSNRKAS was an specific epitope of the precursors of secretory SCF proteins, KGKASNSIED was an specific epitope of the transmembrane SCF proteins, KGKTYKHS was an specific epitope of the precursors of transmembrane SCF proteins. In addition, KKKQPNL was a common epitope of the precursors of SCF proteins and the transmembrane SCF pro- teins.
