摘要
为了研究活性炭对含磷废水的吸附性能,试验利用预处理后的活性炭处理含磷废水,考察了溶液p H值、活性炭相对投加量、吸附时间、磷初始质量浓度对磷去除率和吸附量的影响,采用响应曲面法(Response surface methodology,RSM)箱线图(Box-Behnken Design,BBD)模型优化了吸附条件并进行了吸附动力学试验。结果表明:最佳吸附条件是溶液p H值为3,炭的相对投加量为8 g/mg,吸附时间为60 min,磷初始质量浓度为0.78 mg/L,在此条件下,磷的去除率达到67.92%。说明伪二级动力学方程能很好描述活性炭对磷的吸附过程;活性炭可用于处理含磷废水,对磷具有较好的吸附性能。
To study the sorption properties of activated carbon to wastewater containing phosphorus, the factors that might affect the phosphorus removal rate and adsorption amount of activated carbon were investigated, including the pH value of the solution, relative activated carbon dos- age, adsorption time, initial mass concentration of phosphorus. The response surface methodology (RSM) and Box - Behnken design (BBD) models were used to optimize the adsorption conditions, and the adsorption kinetics experiment was also conducted. The results showed that the optimum conditions for phosphorus adsorption were as follows: the solution pH of 3, relative activated carbon dosage of 8 g/mg, adsorption time of 60 min,and initial mass concentration of phosphorus of 0.78 mg/L. Under these conditions the phosphorus removal rate was 67.92%. The re- suits indicate that the pseudo - second - order kinetics equations can describe well the process of adsorption of wastewater containing phosphorus by activated carbon, and activated carbon has good adsorption property which can be used for the treatment of wastewater containing phosphorus.
