绵山羊双羔素在甘肃绵羊上的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of Fecundin for sheep and goat in the sheep from Gansu province

为了推广绵山羊双羔素（睾酮-3-羧甲基肟·牛血清白蛋白）、提高养羊专业户的经济效益,在甘肃省农区对1 464只绵羊进行绵山羊双羔素免疫注射试验。结果表明：绵山羊双羔素可使母羊产羔率提高24.05%,双羔率提高23.12%;其中对3~6岁、2~5胎、体重在40 kg以上的细毛羊和改良羊效果好;滩羊体重在37 kg以上时产羔率可提高20.00%。

To promote fecundin （ testosterone - 3 - carboxymethyl oxime - bovine serum albumin） and to improve economic efficiency for raising specialists for sheep or goats, 1464 sheep were chosen for Fecundin inoculation test in the rural areas of Gansu province. The results showed that the ewe lambing rate could improve by 24.05 % using Fecundin for sheep and goats, and the twin - lamb rate could improve by 23.12 %. Better effects were obtained for the 3 - 6 years old fine - wool sheep and improved sheep in 2 -5 parities with a body weight above 40 kg. The lambing rate could improve by 20.00 % for Tan sheep with a body weight above 37 kg.
