摘要
为了探索新型健康的东兰乌鸡养殖模式,试验将适龄东兰乌鸡随机分为全程圈养(模式1)、圈养-放养(模式2)、圈养-放养-笼养(模式3)3组模式进行饲养,145日龄时每组随机选取10只东兰乌鸡进行屠宰性能测定,并取胸肌鲜样送试验室进行分析。结果表明:采用不同的养殖模式对东兰乌鸡的生产性能、胸肌率、腿肌率、肌肉粗蛋白影响不显著(P>0.05);模式2的屠宰率显著高于模式1(P<0.05)和模式3(P<0.05);模式3的半净膛率显著高于模式1(P<0.05)和模式2(P<0.05),全净膛率显著高于模式2(P<0.05),腹脂率和肌肉粗脂肪均极显著高于模式1(P<0.01)和模式2(P<0.01);模式2和模式3的干物质含量显著高于模式1(P<0.05)。总体来看,在东兰乌鸡的生产性能、屠宰性能、肉质风味方面,模式3优于模式2,模式2优于模式1。东兰乌鸡在生产上采取阶段养殖方式有机结合的模式优于采取全程单一养殖方式的模式。
To explore new healthy breeding patterns for Donglan silkies, The age -appropriate silkies were randomly divided into three groups, including the pattern 1 group bred with breeding process in captivity, the pattern 2 group bred with the captivity and stocking, the pattern 3 group bred with the captivity and stocking with cage breeding. 10 Donglan silkies were randomly selected for the determination of slaughter per- formance at 145 days of age in each group. The fresh samples from the chest muscles in the silkies were collected and sent to the laboratory for analysis. The results showed that different breeding patterns had no significant effects ( P 〉 0.05 ) on the productive performance, chest muscle rate, leg muscle rate, and muscle crude protein in Donglan silkies. The dressing percentage of the pattern 2 group was significantly higher than that of the pattern 1 group( P 〈 0.05 ) and the pattern 3 group( P 〈0.05 ). The semi - eviscerated percentage of the pattern 3 group was signifi- cantly higher than that of the pattern 1 group( P 〈 0.05 ) and the group 3 group ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the eviscerated percentage of the pattern 3 group was significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) than that of the pattern 2 group, and the abdominal fat rate and muscle crude protein of the pattern 3 group were extremely higher than those of the pattern 1 group( P 〈 0. O1 ) and the patter 2 group( P 〈 0.01 ). The dry matter contents of the pat- tern 2 group and the pattern 3 group were significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) than those of the pattern 1 group. Overall, in terms of the productive performance, slaughter performance, and meat quality and flavor of Donglan silkies' , the pattern 3 group were better than the pattern 2 group, and the pattern 2 group was better than the pattern 1 group. The results indicate that the use of breeding pattern with the organic combination of breeding stages in the production is superior to the use of the single breeding pattern in the whole breeding process.
