摘要
为了检测与评估三峡库区市售羊肉中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)和砷(As)等重金属元素污染程度,试验采用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法以及单项污染指数和综合污染指数的评价方法进行检测。结果表明:三峡库区部分畜产品批发市场的羊肉存在Pb、Cd和As重金属元素超标现象,其超标率分别为20%、13%、10%;单项污染指数表明,羊肉中Pb、As重金属元素污染程度处于警戒线,在可控范围内,Cd、Cr重金属元素处于安全级别;综合污染指数表明,羊肉属于安全级别,消费者可以放心食用。
To detect and evaluate the pollution levels of lead (Pb) , cadmium (Cd) , chromium (Cr) and arsenic (As) and other heavy metal elements in the mutton from market in the Three Gorges Reservoir region. A microwave digestion - flame atomic absorption spectrometry, single pollution index and comprehensive pollution index were used for the evaluation in the test. The results showed that the contents of the heavy metals including Pb, Cd and As in the mutton exceeded the national standard at some wholesale markets of livestock products in the Three Gor- ges Reservoir region, their exceeding rates were 20%, 13%, and 10%, respectively. The single pollution index showed that the pollution de- gree of Pb and As elements in the mutton located in the cordon and was still in the controlled range, and the pollution degree of Cd and Cr ele- ments was in the level of security. The comprehensive pollution index showed that the mutton belonged to the security level, consumers could rest assured consumption.
